Order

What does the item rank mean?

The item rank refers to the condition of the item.

Rank S - Mint condition, no visible damage, white spots, bent or tear

Rank A - Mint / near mint condition, no visible damage, bent, or crease but may have few white spots on edges

Rank B - Near mint / acceptable condition, apparent white spots on edge of cards, looks visibly played but no bent or crease mark

Rank C - Tolerable condition, apparent white spots on edge of cards, looks visibly played, may have bent or crease mark

Rank D - Bad condition, apparent white spots on edge of cards, may have bent or crease mark, edges of card may be peeling off

Please be sure to take note of the item rank before confirming your order.

I purchased an item of [Rank: A] but it looks visibly played and damaged.

Sometimes there may be errors in our evaluation, in such instances, please email us at cardboardcollectible@gmail.com with the following details within 3 days of the receipt of item:

We will do an exchange for the card in question if the condition of the card does not fulfill the description of the rank. Exchange can be done in person (if the order is made locally), or through post, and the postage of the card in question and the exchanged card will be borne by us. In the event that we are unable to provide an equivalent card for exchange, we will do a refund for the card (Please note that the refund may be subjected to currency fluctuation).

 

Shipping


Is shipping really $4?

Yes! Shipping for cards are a flat fee of $4 regardless of the number of cards bought in 1 purchase when sent by registered mail to anywhere in the world. However, sealed products may have higher shipping cost due to their size. We currently offer registered mail, FedEx delivery, DHL Express delivery as well as DHL eCommerce delivery.

As of 2 December 2019, we have changed our shipping policy slightly. We will now be offering free shipping on orders above $200 as long as the order contains only single cards. These orders will be sent by DHL Express, if you'd prefer another shipping method, please contact us and you may be required to provide a top up on the difference in shipping costs.

When will my order be shipped out?

We strive to ship out every order within 2 working days. That means if you placed an order on Monday during office hours (before 6pm SGT), we will have it shipped out by Tuesday! Orders placed after 6pm SGT are considered as next day's order and will be shipped out 1 day later. Please note that there may be days in which the shipping company is closed, shipping will be done on the next available working day.

I have made an order for a few pre-order item, when will they be shipped out?

Pre-ordered items will be shipped out within 1 working day of the day we receive it. We we strive to be able to ship out slightly earlier than release date so that you will be able to get your item on release date, however, this may not always be possible so we seek your kind understanding on this matter. 

Orders with multiple pre-orders with varying release dates will be shipped together once everything is available. In the event that you might wish to send out a pre-order that has arrived first, you can drop us an email at cardboardcollectible@gmail.com to let us know. Do take note that extra shipping charges may occur. 

What kind of shipping methods are available?

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Registered mail

  • Only applicable for card sleeves and card singles
  • Maximum dimension limit of 900mm (length + width + height) and greatest side not exceeding 600mm
  • Weight limit of 2kg
  • We are unable to provide this service for sealed products.
  • Duration: 2-14 working days (Due to COVID-19, delivery time may be delayed by up to 3 months)
  • Limited compensation of up to $68 SGD or declared value for lost item (whichever is lower)
DHL Express
  • Applicable for all items
  • No maximum dimensions
  • No weight limit
  • Duration: 2-5 working days
  • Full compensation of up to declared value for lost item

FedEx

  • Applicable for all items
  • No maximum dimensions
  • No weight limit
  • Duration: 2-4 working days
  • FedEx International Economy service is currently suspended due to COVID-19 (15 Oct 2020)
  • Full compensation of up to declared value for lost item

DHL Ecommerce

  • Applicable for all items
  • Maximum dimension limit of 900mm (length + width + height) and greatest side not exceeding 600mm
  • Weight limit of 2kg
  • Duration: 2-14 working days (Due to COVID-19, delivery time may be delayed by up to 1 month)
  • Full compensation of up to declared value for lost item (applicable for packet plus and direct only)
  • Tracking only available for packet plus and direct.
  • Additional $3 surcharge due to COVID-19 (price shown on checkout is inclusive)


What should I do if my package was returned to the sender?

If a package is returned to us, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again to reship your items, as well as any fees incurred due to the return of your package. Please be aware that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

How long does it take for my item to reach?

Package sent by registered mail may take from 2-14 working days depending on your location. Package sent by FedEx and DHL may take from 2-5 working days depending on your location.

Will my purchase be subjected to custom duties?

Depending on your location, you may be subjected to custom duties when importing items, for more information, please check with your local customs office. To declare an item as gift or for other special arrangements, please write it in the notes before checkout, or drop us an email at cardboardcollectible@gmail.com .

Payment


What kind of payment modes are accept?

We accept payment by credit card, Applepay, Googlepay and bank transfer. For customers in Singapore, we also accept PayNow or PayLah! for local pick-up.

Can I get a refund on my order if I change my mind?

Generally orders are non-refundable with the exception of cases such as non-delivery of item or the item being unavailable.

All cases are dealt with on a case-by-case basis in order to arrive at the best and most agreeable outcome for both parties.

For PayPal users, please email us at cardboardcollectible@gmail.com for any issues with your order before raising a claim with Paypal, due to the refund policy of PayPal, we cannot guarantee to be able to raise a partial refund if a claim is unilaterally raised on PayPal and you may be required to pay for the return shipping fees to return the items back to us before we can resolve the claim.
